Produced in-house by Ginger Mule Games, each battleaxe is 3D printed in multiple colors and arrives with finished components, requiring only minor assembly before cosplay or display.

Assembly & Shipping

To keep shipping costs reasonable, the Double-Bladed Battleaxe ships partially assembled. All components are 3D printed and finished before shipping, with minor assembly required upon arrival.

Assembly requires adhesive (not included). We recommend a cyanoacrylate (CA) glue suitable for PLA plastic.

For additional structural support, we recommend installing a ¾-inch wooden dowel inside the handle. The dowel is optional and is not included with the purchase. Wooden dowels are commonly available at hardware and home improvement stores.

This item is made to order in our South Carolina workshop. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Please Note: This is a non-functional costume and display prop. It is not designed for cutting, striking, sparring, or use as a weapon. The optional wooden dowel provides additional structural support but does not make the battleaxe suitable for combat. Convention, Renaissance faire, and event prop policies vary; please check the rules for your event before attending.

How large is the Double-Bladed Battleaxe?

The battleaxe measures approximately 32 inches long, 16 inches wide from blade edge to blade edge, and 1½ inches thick. It is designed as a full-size fantasy cosplay and display prop.

Is the battleaxe functional?

No. This is a non-functional costume and display prop. It is not designed for cutting, striking, sparring, or combat.

What is the battleaxe made from?

The battleaxe is 3D printed primarily from PLA using multi-color construction. All components arrive finished, with no painting required.

Does the battleaxe come assembled?

The battleaxe arrives partially assembled to reduce shipping costs. Most of the construction is completed before shipping, with minor assembly required upon arrival.

Will I need tools or glue to assemble it?

Adhesive is required to secure the remaining components and is not included. We recommend a CA glue suitable for PLA plastic.

Do I need a wooden dowel?

A ¾-inch wooden dowel is recommended for additional structural support but is not required for assembly. The dowel is not included and can be purchased separately at most hardware stores.

Can I request different colors?

Custom colors may be available upon request. Please contact Ginger Mule Games before ordering to discuss available options.

Can I bring the battleaxe to a Renaissance faire or convention?

The battleaxe is designed for cosplay and display, but event policies vary. Some events restrict rigid props regardless of whether they are functional. Always check your event's prop rules before attending.
