1. What are Ginger Mule props made from?

Most of our props are produced using 3D printing. Materials can vary depending on the item and its intended use. Specific materials and other important details will be listed on the individual product page.

2. Are your weapon props functional?

No. Our weapon-style props are non-functional and are intended for cosplay, display, collecting, and similar recreational uses. They are not designed or intended to function as real weapons.

3. Do your props arrive fully assembled?

It depends on the item. Many smaller props arrive assembled, while larger items may ship in multiple pieces to make shipping safer and more practical. Any assembly requirements will be noted on the individual product listing.

4. Are your props life-size?

Many of our props are designed at or near life-size, but dimensions vary from item to item. Please check the dimensions provided on the product page before ordering.

5. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping/transit time is additional and varies depending on your location and the carrier.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to supported destinations. Delivery times vary by country, and international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Can I request a prop you don't currently sell?

Absolutely! If there’s a prop you’d like to see in the Armory, feel free to contact us and tell us about it.

We can’t guarantee that every request can be made, but we’re always interested in hearing what our customers are looking for. If it’s something we can produce, you may just see it added to the Armory.
